Prestige Management Group Welcomes 7-Foot Basketball Phenom Dylan Betts
FRISCO, TEXAS (October 21, 2024) - Prestige Management Group is thrilled to announce the signing of 7-foot standout Dylan Betts, a rising star in high school basketball from Cherry Creek High School in Colorado. At just 14 years old, Dylan has already begun making waves in the Class of 2028 with his dominant defensive presence and remarkable potential on the offensive end. His combination of size, skill, and athleticism has caught the attention of basketball scouts and coaches nationwide.
Dylan, who plays for AAU powerhouse Tru Colorado, has quickly emerged as one of the most intriguing prospects in the nation. Known for his shot-blocking, rebounding, and ability to control the paint, Dylan’s defensive impact has been felt wherever he plays. Offensively, he is developing a versatile game, showcasing a soft touch around the rim and strong post-up skills. With his remarkable court awareness and ability to run the floor, Dylan has the potential to become a future star in both the collegiate and professional ranks.
"Dylan Betts is one of those can’t miss prospects that we will look back on years down the line and marvel at his ability,” said Rashad Phillips, Owner of Prestige Management Group. “What impresses me most is the fluidity for his 7 foot 2 frame and his tremendous skill set. Five years ago a trainer by the name of Tim Martin sent me film of a teenage kid with excellent skills and character. That kid’s name was Victor Wembanyama. Victor has opened up a door for players like Dylan to spread their wings and continue the lineage of the 7 foot skilled player.” We are excited to welcome him to the PMG family and look forward to supporting his growth on and off the court as he continues to rise in the basketball world."
Eric Bossi, Director of Basketball at 247 Sports added, “Dylan Betts is one of the most promising young players in high school basketball. He has tremendous size, hands and is very skilled for his age. He’s got a bright future and his development will be fun to track.”
Basketball excellence runs in the Betts family—his sister, Lauren Betts, is a standout at UCLA with other sister Sienna, committed to UCLA—and Dylan is poised to follow in their footsteps by attracting attention from top-tier college programs. His impressive performances at key national tournaments, including the US Club Championships, have already generated buzz, and as he continues to grow and develop, his stock as one of the top young prospects in the country will only rise further.
As part of PMG, Dylan will have access to world-class management, career guidance, and brand-building opportunities as part of a roster of top-tier talent across multiple sports that also includes USA Softball Player of the Year Nija Canady, Auburn Football commit Nate Marshall, LSU Basketball Commit Divine Bourrage, dynamic Alabama State power hitting threat Juan Cruz, and Wisconsin’s Xavier Amos.
