Prestige Management Group Signs Texas University Softball Star Kayden Henry
DALLAS, TEXAS (July 30, 2024) - Prestige Management Group is thrilled to announce the signing of Kayden Henry, the standout outfielder from Texas University’s top-ranked softball team. Henry’s exceptional performances were pivotal in the team’s run to the Finals of the Women’s College World Series, establishing her as one of the premier talents in collegiate softball.
A multi-sport athlete and highly touted recruit from Dickinson High School (Texas), Kayden was ranked as the No. 3 overall recruit in Perfect Game's Top 50 Class of 2023, and No. 5 in Extra Inning Softball's Extra Elite 100. Since joining the Longhorns, she has become a cornerstone for the team, showcasing a remarkable blend of offensive and defensive skills. Her speed and precision in the outfield have been crucial to the team’s defensive strength, leading to their College World Series Finals appearance where her critical two-RBI hit in the opening game against Stanford exemplified her ability to deliver in high-pressure situations.
“Kayden is the most dynamic outfielder in college softball,” said Prestige Management Group founder Rashad Phillips. “Her ability to cover so much ground and her strong arm is the ultimate crutch for a defense. As a lead off hitter she sets the table for her teammates and possesses elite speed to steal bases consistently. Kayden is a 5 tool player.”
“Signing Kayden Henry is a significant milestone for Prestige Management Group," said Derrick Shelby, PMG Co-Founder. "Her exceptional talent, dedication to her craft, and on and off the field character align perfectly with our commitment to managing the best in sports. We are excited to support her.”
