Nation’s Top-Ranked High School EDGE Rusher Nate Marshall Signs with Prestige Management Group
DALLAS, TEXAS (September 2, 2024) - Prestige Management Group (PMG) is proud to announce the signing of Nate Marshall, the Rivals.com #1 defensive lineman in the nation, to its roster of elite athletes. Marshall, a 6’4”, 270-pound defensive lineman, EDGE rusher, and tight ends has established himself as one of the premier prospects in the nation, recently committing to play at Auburn University.
Marshall has been a standout player throughout his high school career, earning accolades including the Chicago Catholic League/East Suburban Catholic Conference Orange Division Defensive Player of the Year. In his Junior season, Marshall recorded 38 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, and four blocked kicks, underscoring his dominance on the field while catching four touchdown passes as a tight end. His leadership was instrumental in Fenwick's 2021 IHSA Class 5A state championship, where he was called up from the freshman team to contribute to the Friars' historic run.
Initially committed to the University of Michigan, Marshall's decision to flip his commitment to Auburn has generated considerable buzz in the recruiting world, where he was also targeted by Alabama, Notre Dame, Miami and Illinois. He is currently ranked as the #1 prospect in Illinois for the Class of 2025 by Rivals and On3 and consensus Top 10 at his position by ESPN, 247Sports, On3, and Rivals.
“Nate Marshall is the ultimate hybrid defender. His ability to dominate on the defensive line, edge rush, and play the linebacker position is what makes him unique,” said PMG Founder, Rashad Phillips. “On offense he’s a dynamic TE with tremendous timing, athleticism, and possesses a large catch radius which makes him a difficult cover. We feel like Nate’s future has star written all over it.”
Marshall’s signing reaffirms PMG’s reputation as premier management for top-tier high school and college athletes, providing them with the resources and guidance needed to succeed at the highest levels. Other athletes managed by PMG include USA Softball Player of the Year, Nija Canady, the Class of 2025’s Top Point Guard, Darius Acuff, Georgia Tech’s Javian McCollum, #4-ranked women’s basketball prospect Divine Bourrage, McDonald’s All-American Imari Berry, Wisconsin’s Xavier Amos, and UCLA’s Eric Dailey Jr among others.
